We specialize in reliable, professional patient care and household services delivered to your
doorstep. Our goal is to provide safe, caring, and trained staff for every family’s unique needs.
Time-Based Service Packages
- 2 to 5 Hours – Same rate category
- 6 to 8 Hours – Same rate category
- 10 to 12 Hours – Same rate category
- 24 Hours (Live-in) – Includes food provided by client
Each time slot has dedicated pricing for transparency and fairness.
Service Charges (12-Hour Basis)
- ICU Nursing: ₹1800/day
- Non-ICU Nursing: ₹1600/day
- Attendant Care: ₹800/day onwards
- Physiotherapy Sessions: ₹1300/visit
- Maid / Babysitter Services: ₹800/day onwards
Charges vary based on location, patient condition, and shit hours.
Booking Options
- 7 Days
- 15 Days
- 1 Month
Pricing will differ based on the selected package duration.
Note: For 7-day and 15-day packages, daily charges are ₹100–₹200 higher than monthly rates.
Important Booking Conditions
- If a 1-month package is cancelled early (within 7 or 15 days), billing will be recalculated as
per shorter package rate, not monthly rate. - Staff is generally assigned from your nearest area for better service punctuality.
- Once service starts, no refund is issued for used days.
- Travel outside India is not covered under any package; charges will apply extra.
Payment Terms
- Payment must be made to A1 Nursing Bureau’s official bank account only.
- No cash, no cheque, and no direct payment to staff is allowed.
- First invoice is sent within Day 1–5, then every 10 days:
Example: Day 6–15, Day 16–25… - Late or missing payment may result in suspension of services.
If a client discusses or gives payment to staff, the company may terminate the service without
notice.
Legal Policy
- Hiring our staff privately (without informing us) is illegal.
- Acton will be taken under IPC Secton 420:
o Upto 7 years imprisonment
o Or fine
o Or both, as per court decision - This is to protect the rights of our company and staff.
