Staff Agreement & Policy
Documents Required (Any 4 Mandatory):
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Passport-size Photos
- Light Bill / Address Proof
- Raton Card
- Driving License
- COVID Vaccinaton Certficate
- Nursing License (if applicable)
Note: Police verificaton is mandatory before duty start.
Staff Roles & Salary Structure (Daily / Monthly):
- Roles: Nurse, Wardboy, Caretaker, Babysiter, Maid
- Salary: Based on shit tming (8, 12, or 24 hours)
- Packages: Separate for COVID and Non-COVID dutes
- No replacement provided once duty assigned
Payment Policy:
- First salary is processed after completng 20 working days
- After that, payment will be done as per cycle (generally within 5 days after 15 days of work)
- No advance salary allowed before 20 days
- Final 5 days’ salary will be held as security deposit
- If salary is transferred and EMI or deduction happens due to your personal bank reason –
company is not responsible.
Leave Rules (Strict):
- No paid leave will be provided
- Only medical emergency leave allowed with valid Doctor’s Slip / Hospital Document
- In other emergencies, valid proof must be submitted, and prior notice of 2 to 7 days is
mandatory - Payment will be only for actual duty days – no salary for leave days
Fine & Conduct Rules:
- Phone switched off / No response before duty: ₹300 fine
- Leaving duty without informing: ₹500 fine
- Late arrival (15+ mins): ₹100
- Poor hygiene / improper dress: ₹200
- Fines will be deducted from previous salary
- Direct payment collection from patent/client is prohibited
Strict Prohibitons:
- No advance payment before 20 days of duty
- If any fraud, harassment, or wrong activity is found, staff will be reported to Police under
relevant IPC Sections - Complaint can be filed by company and client both
- If found working directly with client without company consent – it will be treated as contract
violation
Registration Fee:
- ₹2200 (non-refundable), will be deducted from salary
Code of Conduct & Legal Warning:
- Maintain respectful behavior with clients
- Discrimination, misconduct, or aggression = permanent block
- Disputes will be handled only by HR
- Company-client trust is legally protected – any breach may lead to legal acton
